Kevin Clark

Moderator
Kevin is Lead Pastor of Oasis Church in Winter Haven.  As Moderator of the Association, Kevin is the presiding officer of the Association and is responsible to work in cooperation with the Mission Strategist, the other personnel of the Association, and its Teams.  

Mark Hodges

Vice Moderator
Mark Hodges serves as Lead Pastor of Winter Haven Baptist Church.  As Vice-Moderator, Mark assists the Moderator and assumes the responsibilities in the Moderator's absence. 

Dr. Danny Moosbrugger

Treasurer &  Business Team Leader
Danny is Executive Pastor of Heartland Church in Winter Haven.  As Treasurer Danny oversees the financial matters of the Association and gives guidance in budgeting and fiduciary concerns while maintaining best practices in all business matters.

Tracey Cayson

Clerk
Tracey, a member of Lake Shipp Baptist Church in Winter Haven,  is the Office Manager of the Ridge Baptist Association.  She serves as a non-voting member of the Administrative Team and is responsible for recording and maintaining the records  of the Association.

Dr. Chris Young

Church Planting & New Churches
Co-Team Leader
Chris is Lead Pastor of Graceway Community Church in Winter Haven.  He is Co-Team Leader of this vital work with Damon Jones.  They lead the ambitious work of planting churches in unchurched areas of the Ridge Baptist Association.

Co-Team Leader
Damon Jones serves as Pastor at Shady Hammock Baptist Church in Lake Wales.  He is Co-Team Leader of this vital work with Chris Young.  They lead the ambitious work of planting churches in unchurched areas of the Ridge Baptist Association.

Don Maiden

Evangelism & Prayer Team Leader
Don Maiden is a longstanding member serving at NorthRidge Church in Haines City where he was recently named Pastor Emeritus.

James Hurlburt

Associational Worship Leader
James serves as Worship & Youth Ministry Pastor of The Rock Church of Winter Haven.  As Associational Worship Leader, James leads worship for various meetings of the Association.

James Schick

Youth Ministry Team Leader
James serves as Youth Pastor and Worship Leader at NorthRidge Church in Haines City.

Bill Snively

Disaster Relief Team Leader
Bill is a layman at NorthRidge Church in Haines City. He contributes skillfully  in leading the Ridge Baptist Association in training, preparing, and serving in natural disasters locally and beyond.
