Evaluating the health of a local church and determining the best next steps toward a renewed, fruitful ministry requires a systematic process empowered by the Holy Spirit. Our Replant and Revitalization Assessment is a four-month process composed of six steps: exploration, examination, recommendation, affirmation, implementation, and multiplication. RBA consultants walk with the church through this process to help them rediscover God's vision and mission for the church and to re-engage in a fruitful ministry.
This process will help your church develop a clearer understanding of your specific local, national, and international mission fields to fulfill the Great Commission.

We create a custom report based on the most current demographics, psychographics, and religiosity data available. Next, we meet with your team to discuss the report and the application of the data to your ministry strategy. The consultation process is designed to help you learn about the people living around the church so you may develop
effective ministry strategies to reach them for Jesus.
We plot each member household in your church on a map, which may be used digitally or printed in high-definition. Churches find this useful for the development of outreach, evangelism, small-group, and campus development strategies.

Physical environments communicate powerful messages to outsiders and newcomers. Sometimes churches become accustomed to their facilities and are often blind to the messages they unwittingly communicate.
While the church is much more than a building, the condition of the facilities in which the church gathers matters a great deal. Someone from the RBA Consulting Team will perform a facility evaluation to help the church understand the state of their facility.
At the request of a church, we send “secret shoppers” who attend their worship service to evaluate the church's ministry effectiveness. These intentional guests evaluate and record their experiences from the viewpoint of new visitor at the church.

We evaluate a church's governance documents to determine if they contain outdated, unhelpful, unbiblical, and illegal elements.
If necessary, the RBA Consultant Team will refer the church to local legal and denominational officials to ensure that the church is functioning in ways that are compliant with state and local ordinances and regulations.
We provide a report depicting the church's historical and statistical metrics. It reflects ten years of data representing key moments in the life of the church. Pastoral terminations, transitions, building projects, economic changes, crises and other events could be reflected in the visual portrayal of the church’s shift in attendance and budget.

Community survey
We provide community survey forms in digital or print form to the church who conducts the surveys with individuals living and working near the church property. Once the church conducts the surveys, we analyze them and provide feedback to the church.

The survey process helps the church learn about how the community perceives them, existing physical needs, and spiritual issues among the people.
The Spiritual Health Assessment is an online evaluation for individuals and churches to measure discipleship progress in becoming more like Christ. Knowing where you are is the first step toward taking proactive steps in your discipleship. Every active member and attender of the church from age 13 through adulthood will complete this assessment.
